“ The best desi restaurant in New Jersey! My family and I have been coming to Shalimar for over a decade. This place is revamped, so clean and ambience is wonderful. The waitress Roopa was incredibly gracious, respectful and organized about our order. The food came so quickly and each item was INCREDIBLE. We ordered beef nihari, fried fish, tandoori naan, gola chicken kabab, and samosa chaat. The fried fish was OUT OF THIS WORLD! If you come for anything come for the fish!!! ”

Although the menu has newer items throughout the years, they have always stayed true to items and recipes from the original menu.
